I've been following Dr. Perricone program for almost 3 years. I started with a hope that it would aid me in reducing the inflammation in my "programmer's" shoulder. Gradually it became a life style rather than a temporary cure, affecting many sides of my life. Ultimately, it has helped me feel and look better.
The Perricone program is considered by many as the "Perricone diet", but I never was able to lose any weight on this "diet" (well, I never strictly followed the program and I never was overweight). Recently I joined the Weight Watchers program and it gave me what was missing in the Perricone program - guidelines on exactly how much I need to eat and exercise to lose weight.
This site is for fans of Dr. Perricone and Weight Watchers who want to share what works and what does not work for them in both of the programs and how they can be combined to even more effective.
